With an engineering background followed by an MBA, Caroline started in real estate in 2003 in Paris on office assets. In 2005, she contributed to the development of a renovated Provencal estate in the form of an event venue.
In 2009 in Marseille, she created the first tourist accommodation authorized by the town hall. In 2017, she joined Oasis Groupe by bringing her portfolio of properties to the LocaMarseille agency and her managerial skills.

Romane joined the OASIS L'Agence team in 2017. Very versatile and determined, she has worked in all the professions within the agency.
Since 2021, Romane has been managing the transaction service. Her former experiences as a rental agent and property manager allow her today to have a global vision of the real estate professions and to perform in her new functions.
More recently, she became an executive assistant. Her rigor and her availability make Romane a key element in the evolution of the Agency.

If Morgane currently holds the position of assistant project manager, and support for the development of tourist activity in Marseille and the Paris region, she first knew OASIS L'Agence as a tenant, of which she still has fond memories today.
She first worked as a rental manager and then chose after more than 2 years of experience to move into a development project manager position. She is currently working on the deployment of new internal processes, communication, as well as on specific implementation studies. She also participates in the development of the portfolio of properties intended for tourist rental, particularly in the run-up to the 2024 Olympic Games.

Originally from Caen, it was in 2021 that Eline decided to come and live under the Marseille sun and join the OASIS L'Agence adventure as a property manager.
After training in real estate, she now manages a portfolio of around 400 lots spread between Marseille and Paris. Her professionalism and responsiveness ensure a smooth stay for our tenants and guarantee a climate of trust with our owners.

Paulin is currently in MBA (Communication and Digital Marketing Manager) and is doing his work-study program within the agency.
Originally from Beauvais, he arrived in Marseille in October 2023. The day he signed his work-study contract, he also found his new home by becoming the happy tenant of one of our apartments.

Seasonal rental agent
Former work-study student at OASIS L’agence, Lili decided to continue the adventure by taking the reins of the seasonal activity in Paris and Marseille. Thanks to her knowledge of real estate and her fluency in English, she is the privileged contact for many French and foreign holidaymakers.

The bubbly Alice is alternating in Real Estate Law License. She joined us in July 2023 and immediately integrated very well with the rest of the team. Coming from a family of investors, she has always been influenced by this environment. She evolves within the management - maintenance department and does not hesitate to lend a hand to the rental department when necessary. Dedicated and involved in each of her missions, she brings real positive energy to the agency.
