OASIS L'Agence, expert in furnished and unfurnished rentals since 2013, has many years of experience in this field. Subsidiary of the promoter Oasis Groupe, founded in 2011, it has proven itself in the transaction and rental management market.
The rental activity began in Paris in 2003 under the Paristay brand, then in Marseille with the creation of the LocaMarseille brand in 2014. The agency was then organized around 4 main activities: rental, management, real estate transaction and seasonal rental.
The Oasis agency was born from the combination of these different activities and supports you in the context of your rental, sale, your rental investment projects, your vacation plans but also in your steps to acquire your main residence.
Thanks to its independent status, the agency has developed its own internal organization. With us, there is no compartmentalization between services! We work in synergy and share information and knowledge with each member of our team.

The agency specialized in the rental of tourism and business for a foreign clientele.
o 2011 : The birth of Oasis Group
Foundation of Oasis group promotion by 4 associates
o 2014 : The arrival of Loca
Creation of the subsidiary Loca-Investissement under the LocaMarseille brand, the agency specializing in the rental of medium-long term furnished apartments in Marseille.
o 2016 : New business
Creation of the tourist activity in Paris which will then become Locastay
o 2017: New impetus
Caroline TARNAUD takes over the management of Loca-Investissement
o End of 2022 : Change of shareholder
Oasis Group is acquired by the Franpio Invest group chaired by Mr. ARAKEL Joseph.
o January 2023 : OASIS L'Agence gets a makeover
All rental, management and transaction activities become: OASIS L'Agence. The Oasis group now brings together its three activities: Oasis Promotion - Oasis Rénovation - Oasis L'Agence
